Can I return my item?

Yes, you can return the item for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping to our facility in NY. Please note the item must be in “unused” condition to qualify for a refund.

What if something breaks on my bar?

Our Nauti Bars are made from the highest quality materials. Unfortunately, accidents do happen. If something should break on your Nauti Bar, you can find parts available for purchase in the website shop.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

All our orders ship from NY and we can assure you they will ship within 2 business days. We currently offer free UPS ground shipping for all orders.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is picked up from UPS, an automatic e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address used at checkout. You may refer to this link to get updates on your package.

What if my item arrives damaged?

All damages that occur from shipping carrier related issues will result in a refund/replacement item. You will need to show photos of the box condition, as well as the broken item in order to receive a refund. The photos must include a picture of the label that is on the box exterior.

My item is a gift and I need it quickly. What can I do?

Last-minute gift ideas can be tough sometimes. You can either purchase a gift certificate online that you can gift, or you can contact us to arrange an expedited Next Day Air shipping for an additional charge. All orders that have Next Day Air shipping methods will ship the same day if orders are placed by 11 am EST. If this is something you would like to do, it’s incurred to e-mail Team@nauti-bar.com and alert of your order with your order number.
